SIAFARAS ELECTRIC SYSTEMS considers its human resources to be the cornerstone of the company. Given that its competitive advantage is built and maintained by its employees and that it is simply supported by equipment and methodologies, the company plans and puts into effect its staffing programme with high-level personnel.

 

It is indicative that all directors are highly educated (Electrical engineers, economists, IT experts) while all key positions (Product Design and Research Dpt., Project monitoring Dpt. and Installation Dpt.) are staffed with highly trained engineers and technicians. The technicians at the Installation Dpt. have official authorization for installation, operation and maintenance of Medium Voltage Substations.

 

SIAFARAS ELECTRIC SYSTEMS  puts great emphasis to the assimilation, by its personnel, of the general strategy and corporate culture, in conjunction with the development of a climate of mutual trust between the company and its staff.
